Where the government can use force on its people, which it happens all the time. And it’s always happened in ruling classes. That’s why they call them a ruling class. So they can use initiatory force. And as long as you have that where government can put regulations on a company and say, you can’t do that, you can’t do that, you can’t do that. You can’t drill, you can’t do this. Well, those are initiatory force. Those are regulations holding back progress. You don’t have capitalism
